To start the year off right, Mako Design was happy to hear that we’ve recently been awarded by IDA (International Design Awards) won gold in the best product design for children’s toys with Moonlite! The IDA award was made by a handful of designers, thinkers, and entrepreneurs who wanted to change the lack of recognition and celebration for the smart and sustainable multidisciplinary designs made by the talented designers and creatives from all over the world. The award exists to recognize and promote legendary design and visionaries in order to uncover emerging talent in architecture, interior, product, graphic and fashion design. Through the IDA, the award aspires to draw attention to iconic design worldwide and conceptualize what great work in design looks like.

Designed by our Senior Industrial Designer, Rob Colgan, Moonlite is one of Mako Designs best and well-known designed products.
