Posted on September 30, 2021

Inclusion, diversity, and open-mindedness are often the fuel that inspires inventors to invent products to make this world a better place. In fact, we were recently reminded of this fact thanks to the candid interview between product development company leader, Kevin Mako and Kevin McShan, the host of the Let’s Have This Conversation podcast.

Kevin McShan is a veteran in the field. He has over 10 years of journalism experience since starting his journey in 2010. When it comes to podcasts specifically, he’s been producing sports podcasts since 2014. Why sports journalism? “I got into sports journalism because I love having the ability to provide people an escape, a sense of passion, and a comprehensive view of the world through one of the true bonding agents which brings all people together with the love of sports,” Kevin McShan explains.

“I also knew because of my cerebral palsy I wasn’t going to have the ability to play sports, but I knew I wanted a chance to be involved in participating in one of my passions in life the love of sports.”

As the host of the Let’s Have This Conversation podcast, Kevin McShan covers an enormous breadth of topics including business, technology, and now, product development as well. It’s a long-running podcast going 300 episodes strong.
