About ChaiEasy

If you’re a big tea drinker, you may be familiar with enjoying a nice, warm cup of chai from time to time. One commonly known downside with preparing and drinking a cup of chai is how its preparation typically stays true to how it is traditionally made, requiring constant supervision, slight mess, and effort that many of us cannot commit time to.

ChaiEasy solves all the problems that one may encounter when trying to make a traditional cup of chai. Our client, Bhavish Bhatia, believes that all should be able to enjoy chai with its same traditional taste and experience – without having to deal with the more complicated process of making it; thus, working together with our Toronto-based invention development company, Bhavish invented the Chai Easy!

The ChaiEasy is the world’s first automatic chai maker that guarantees a fresh, warm cup of chai with the same authentic taste of chai that we all know and love. It uses the best technology to ensure that making a cup of chai is both effortless and mess-free. It features a real-time auto-sensing, heating, and temperature regulating system, making sure that your water and chai temperature is optimal for drinking and self-cleaning.

Uniquely, it also uses nozzle technology in order to insulate heat into your drink while keeping your cup cool to the touch, and it comes with a Brew-2-Go mug used for brewing and drinking your chai and as well to carry to go as a travel cup.

Our Toronto invention development company loves how easy the ChaiEasy is to use. Simply pop in a disposable or reusable chai pod into the machine and wait for it to complete the perfect cup of chai to enjoy in no time.

TriMech Design Solutions’s Work on the ChaiEasy

At TriMech Design Solutions’s Toronto-based invention development company, we love to work on various amount of different product designs, and the team couldn’t wait to work on the ChaiEasy once we heard about Bhavish’s great idea!

The project was picked up and worked on by our senior industrial designer, Rob Colgan, who worked on both concept design and prototyping for the ChaiEasy. We wanted to make sure that the ChaiEasy came with a flawless and sleek design that would look great in anyone’s kitchen, which is why the concept design phase was especially important when developing the ChaiEasy.

Finally, in order to make sure that the product’s overall design and technological features were all functioning well, Rob helped by creating the first-ever prototype of the ChaiEasy! Check out some of the original design concept sketches below, as well as the final prototype!
